The restaurant
Immersed in the enchanted and spectacular scenery with the marvelous beach of Cala Luna together with your host Franco Ghiani and his wife Lucia, who are delighted for you to try their traditional Sarde- Dorgalese dishes. All dishes served to our guests are prepared using only home made and locally grown products from the land surrounding the Agriturismo. We are strongly bound to our land. We have captured and maintained traditions and know-how from our very own earlier generations and take a lot of pride in sharing those traditions, know-how and experience with our guests.
Our menu starts with the appetizers, you can indulge in our homemade salami, fresh ricotta and pasteurized cheeses from our unique breed of goats (that roam freely in our surrounding mountains and forests), our fresh vegetables directly from our garden, our olive oil, pane carasau and our marinated olives.
This is then followed by our fresh homemade pasta with our homemade tomato sauce recipe, known as Malloreddus and Cullegionus (ravioli with fresh ricotta).
The main dish on our menu is our very tasty and delicious, the Porcetto (roasted pig that has been raised on our land by Franco) cooked in the traditional Sardinian way.
To finish, you will be served with our homemade and traditional Sardinian desert, the Seadas, followed by seasonal fruit and coffee.
Our food is served with our famous local and regional wine, known as Cannonau.
We will also be given the opportunity to finish your traditional Sardinian meal, with a glass of homemade digestive (you can indulge in the Filu Ferru, Limoncello or the Mirto).
We offer a different menu for each night for guests staying at the Agriturismo.
